I specialize in acrylic, builder gel, Gel-X, and custom nail designs — whether you’re into something clean and simple or full glam, I’ve got you covered. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy I understand that life happens—just a little heads-up helps me fill your spot and keep things running smoothly! • 24-Hour Notice Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. • Late Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments incur a $20 rebooking fee before you can book again. • Tardiness Arriving 15 minutes or more after your appointment time will be marked as a no-show and require the $20 fee to reactivate your booking. Thank you for understanding—this policy helps me keep appointments running smoothly and fairly for all clients! No Refund Policy At Nailed by Sophie, I do not offer refunds on any services. If you are not satisfied with your nails, please let me know at the time of your appointment. I’m more than happy to make things right and ensure you leave happy with your set. Nail fixes are free within the first 3 days of your appointment. After that, a $5 fee will apply per fix. Thank you for understanding and respecting my policy!
